  22. This is the final release, major changes since the first beta
  23. release (03-Aug-95):
  24. * Now fully localized, including <Paste-Function>, <Format-Numeric Format>
  25. * Window Refresh has been sped up: see <Options-Screen-Smartrefresh>
  26. * Input order of dates now changed to "Month-Day-Year", if
  27.   this order is selected in <Options-Locale>
  28. Changes since the second beta release:
  29. * WorkBench colors aren't changed any more (by default)
  30. * (optional) datatyes.library support
  31. * scalable toolbar
